The Great Fabric Re-Arrangement of 2014

Ugh! Messy!

Ugh! Messy!

I've had a problem brewing in the studio for awhile.  My hard-working fabric storage shelves have been slowly decomposing under the weight and abuse of full-scale production.  I've had them in their current configuration since I moved into my current place about 5 and a half years ago, and lately the shelves have been just falling apart.

At the beginning of the year, I usually set a few business goals as well as the usual personal New Year's resolutions (one of last year's was getting this website up, so yay!).  Re-doing how I store my fabric was #1 on the list.  So this past Tuesday was officially designated the Great Fabric Re-Arrangement of 2014.  Woo!

Bye-bye fabric and shelves, hello garage door with great big cracks. No wonder it's so freaking cold in the studio during the winter!
